How do the Organizing Services work?

Most of our organizing services require an in house consultation. This allows the team to evaluate and potentially takes some pictures to help asses the best and most efficient ways to achieve your goals.

We then brainstorm and schedule a time to come out. Our expert team will then complete control of claning and reorganizing your space.

We operate on a whole room basis, meaning we don’t just clean and organize your pantry, we do the whole kitchen. Instead of just your closet, we organize your whole bedroom. This assures your space is left feeling immaculate!

What if I would like additional services that are not listed?

How do I know I can trust my cleaner?

We know how important you home and family are to you. Every cleaner is thoroughly screened and placed through a rigorous interview process that helps us eliminate any untrustworthy employees. We also keep close eyes and track all scheduling, allowing us to keep up with our employees at the highest level. We are fully insured and bonded for the rare occurrence of accidental property damage. We take great pride in selecting out team and insure that every client can trust all employees at Avai Property Solutions.

What are some things I should know about Avai’s services?

We provide our own high quality Eco-Friendly products that are safe for you, your family, and the environment. We use microfiber clothes to cut back on wasteful resources. We use HEPA filters in all vacuums to cut back on allergens and dust particles. We use a checklist based on the service provided and leave it with you to insure that all areas were addressed. We stay up to date on all cleaning practices, to insure the most efficient and thorough cleaning services possible.

Is there anything we do NOT clean?

We do not clean human feces of any type, and are not a disaster cleaning company. We also do not clean any fragile items that may require extra delicacy. We do not clean anything that cannot be reached with a 2-step ladder. Our exterior services are not designed to be a pre painting or deep clean service. We appreciate the right to refuse any service that our cleaners do not feel comfortable cleaning.

What is our cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us to adjust our schedules accordingly. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How do we ensure Customer Satisfaction?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver exceptional cleaning services and exceed our clients' expectations. We welcome feedback and encourage open communication. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning service?

No, and actually we prefer when clients aren’t home during our services. Most clients leave a key hidden in a lock box, under a mat, or give us access through garage doors, or other entries.

This allows our cleaners to stay focused and uninterrupted during their work.

If you are home, we kindly ask you let our cleaners do what they do best, and to contact Avai Customer Support directly for any concerns or additional services you may want. Also, although we love your furry friends, we kindly ask you keep them away from any areas our cleaners may be.
